Now "For your eyes only" is certainly no John Barry masterpiece and Conti largely throws out the Bond style and tone Barry created in favour of a more contemporary (for at least) disco/funk led score. This is an extremely catchy but very dated early 80's style score complete with wailing synths, drum machines, programming and burbling bass!/5(29).

Written and executive produced by Joss Whedon (Buffy The Vampire Slayer, The Avengers), In Your Eyes tells an infectious, universal story of star-crossed characters. In the frozen East Coast winter, Rebecca is withering away in a life of cocktail parties and lonely nights as the sheltered, soft-spoken wife of a successful doctor/5(9).

Like a few other people, I had reservations about changing the running order of the original album, with the brilliant 'In Your Eyes' now closing the album (which had been the original plan, but was changed because of the difficulties of putting such a bass heavy song at the end of a vinyl album)/5().
